SERVING AREAS
The Children’s Ministry is a gift-based ministry. This means that our staff and our volunteers serve in positions where their strengths and God-given abilities and desires are best utilized. Not everyone needs to be teacher or leader to minister to our kids.
The following diagram illustrates the various parts of the Children’s Ministry and the numerous areas where people can get involved with the time and talents they have to offer. Our desire is that volunteers know that the work they do fits who they are and is worth their best efforts and sacrifice.
“Kids Under Construction” has a place for everyone to serve and use their talents, gifts, and time.
